Can we see the migration on this itinerary?
Sometimes, and only by luck of timing. The herds move; a fixed five-day route cannot follow them. If the crossing is what you want, look at the six or seven-day departures.
Is the crater worth a whole day?
No, and we do not sell it that way. Half a day on the floor is the honest answer — after about five hours you are looking at the same animals from a different angle.
